@kolorowewlosy Good morning Saturday! Yesterday there was a volcanic eruption near Reykjavik. The nearby airport has not been closed, nor has air traffic been disrupted.

What do you know about pilots? Thanks to our little book "Pilots and What They Do" we got to know some interesting facts.

After all, the plane is the fastest means of transport! Pilots have uniforms on which golden stripes - epaulets indicate a given rank. The one in the photo has 4 stripes so it's the captain of the aircraft. Thanks to the legible markings in the illustrations, we can name the individual elements related to the pilot. Such as cockpit, control tower, or steering column. You will find these and other interesting information in this very apparent book!

The book is fully in English. It has nice illustrations and text written in simple, understandable (for English-speaking children and those who are starting to learn the language) language.

Pilots and What They Do
$16.95

“A great book for a toddler that is interested in planes or about to go on their first flight.” - The Overly Attached Reader

The pilot flies the airplane, along with his co-pilot. He has to make sure the passengers arrive safely. That’s why he has to keep an eye on things like the altitude and the plane’s speed during the flight. The airport control towers that he passes over tell him how and where he has to take off, fly and land.

An instructive, engaging picture book for children about airline pilots. For children ages 4 and up.
